To renew your FCI Agriculture Scholarship and receive any remaining balance, this form must be completed. Checks are processed and mailed to colleges annually each July before the fall semester begins.

Farm Credit Illinois plans to mail the scholarship balance to your college or university by July 31, 2026, and will direct the college to apply the scholarship directly to your student account. Let us know if you have special circumstances and prefer Farm Credit handle the payment differently to better accommodate your situation (i.e. defer paying the scholarship renewal until 2027).
